I didn't think anyone that was a member of Congress would even propose it, but here are all 4. We'll done, sir! Now to work towards getting them passed. It will be far down the road, but now that they have been presented, the question of "why did you oppose these resolutions?" can be asked on a regular basis.
------------------ Representative Matt Rosendale is a Federal Congressional Representative for the State of Montana, he posted this on Jan 14, 2020:
Today, I announced the first four pieces of legislation I am cosponsoring as your representative. The package of legislation will help reform the federal government by increasing transparency and changing incentives.
The American people feel that they’re ruled by a political class with little accountability or transparency. These pieces of legislation give Congress better incentives to do its job and will help get us towards a scenario where the government works for the taxpayer, not the other way around.
These are the pieces of legislation I am cosponsoring:
H.J. Res. 12 - This will amend the Constitution to establish term limits for members of Congress.
H.J. Res. 3 - This will amend the Constitution to require a balanced budget.
H.J. Res. 7 - This will amend the Constitution so that if members of Congress do not pass a budget prior to the beginning of the fiscal year they do not get paid.
H.R. 46 “One Bill, One Subject Transparency Act” - This bill will require every bill enacted by Congress be limited to only one topic that is reflected in the bill’s title.
